拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

在使用拉米夫定的动物毒性研究中，大剂量时不发生重要器官中毒反应。在最高剂量水平时，可见肝肾功能指标受到轻度影响(有时伴肝脏重量减轻)的情况。注意到的临床相关效应为红细胞计数减少和中性粒细胞减少症。在细菌试验中，拉米夫定无致突变作用，但是，与其它许多核苷类似物一样，拉米夫定在体外细胞生成测定和小鼠淋巴瘤测定中有活性。拉米夫定在血浆浓度高于预计的临床血浆水平40-50倍的情况下，在体内无基因毒性。因为无法用体内试验证实拉米夫定的体外致突变作用，所以总的来说，拉米夫定并不代表对接受治疗的患者有基因毒性的危险。

在大鼠和小鼠中进行的远期致癌研究结果显示，拉米夫定无任何与人类相关的致癌可能性。
