奥拉西坦胶囊(欧来宁)激活糖酵解，脑缺血时增加葡萄糖的利用，促进脑组织能量代谢，增加脑内三磷酸腺苷（ATP） 的形成与转运，提高大脑中ATP/二磷酸腺苷（ADP）的比值，使大脑中的蛋白质和核酸的合成增加。
