银黄颗粒(易亨)

银黄颗粒用于肺经风热症，方中金银花清热解毒，轻清透表为主药。辅以黄芩清上焦解毒。两药合用，共起清热解毒，透表祛邪之功。药理研究金银花含绿原酸，黄芩含黄芩疳。研究表明：两者合用，对金黄色葡萄球菌、B组痢疾杆菌和大肠埃希菌均呈现协同抗菌作用。

银黄颗粒性寒，不宜久服，用药期间应注意忌辛辣，鱼腥食物，不宜在服药期间同时服用温补性中成药，脾气虚寒症见有大便溏者慎用。糖尿病患者及儿童应在医师指导下服用。
