作用：适用于类风湿性关节炎的症状治疗，疼痛性骨关节炎(关节病,退行性骨头节病)的症状治疗。

美洛昔康片的主要成份为美洛昔康。化学名：4-羟基-2-甲基-N-(5-甲基-2-噻唑基)-2H-1，2-苯并噻嗪-3-甲酰胺-1，1-二氧化物。那么，使用美洛昔康片会出现胃肠道出血现象吗？

美洛昔康片(莫比可)

美洛昔康片为非留体抗炎药。美洛昔康片在动物模型上具有镇痛、抗炎、解热作用。美洛昔康片机理可能与抑制前列腺素的合成有关。

美洛昔康片经口服或肛门给予都能很好的吸收。片剂、栓剂与胶囊具有相同的生物等效性。进食时服用药物对吸收没有影响，口服7.5毫克和15毫克剂量的药物浓度分别与其剂量成正比例。三至五天可进入稳定状态，连续治疗一年以上的病人体内药物浓度和初次进入稳定状态的病人相似。

美洛昔康片为淡黄色片。美洛昔康片适用于类风湿性关节炎的症状治疗，疼痛性骨关节炎(关节病，退行性骨头节病)的症状治疗。

美洛昔康片与使用其它的非类固醇抗炎药一样，胃肠道出血可在本品治疗的任何时期出现，个别情况下是致命的，可伴或不伴先兆症状，患者可有或无严重的胃肠道疾病史。对老年患者胃肠道出血的后果更为严重。
