作用：本品适用于溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌（耐甲氧西林株除外）及流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等。

头孢呋辛酯片(西力欣)为薄膜衣片，除去包衣后显类白色。主要成份为：头孢呋辛酯。批准文号为H20100004。那么头孢呋辛酯片(西力欣)的作用机理是什么呢？

头孢呋辛酯片(希路信)

头孢呋辛酯片(西力欣)脂溶性强，口服吸收良好，吸收后迅速在肠粘膜和门脉循环中被非特异性酯酶水解为头孢呋辛，分布至全身细胞外液；血清蛋白结合率约为50%。

西力欣(头孢呋辛酯片)的作用机制是抑制细菌细胞壁的合成。为第二代头孢菌素类抗生素。口服经胃肠道吸收后，在酯酶作用下迅速水解为头孢呋辛而发挥抗菌作用。

对革兰阳性球菌的活性与第一代头孢菌素相似或略差，但对葡萄球菌和革兰阴性杆菌产生的β内酰胺酶显得相当稳定。
