康士得(比卡鲁胺片)为一种较新的非甾体类雄激素受体(AR)阻断剂,有研究们应用康士得(比卡鲁胺片)治疗激素抵抗性前列腺癌,疗效较满意。其半衰期长,每天只需服用1次,安全性也高，已广泛用于前列腺癌的治疗。那么，氟他胺片和比卡鲁胺片的区别有什么？

比卡鲁胺片(朝晖先)

康士得应用于晚期前列腺癌的治疗。前列腺癌就是发生于男性前列腺组织中的恶性肿瘤，是前列腺腺泡细胞异常无序生长的结果。

氟他胺片适用于以前未经治疗，或对激素控制疗法无效或失效的晚期前列腺癌症病人，它可被单独使用(睾丸切除或不切除)或与促黄体生成激素释放激素(LHRH)激动剂合用。作为治疗局限性B2-C2(T2b-T4)型前列腺癌症的一部分，氟他胺片也可缩小肿瘤体积和加强对肿瘤的控制以及延长无病生存期。

经临床验证，在局部晚期、无远处转移的前列腺癌患者中,口服比卡鲁胺片总体安全性和耐受性良好,其近期治疗效果与目前常规标准药物去势治疗相似。

前列腺炎患者服用氟他胺片改善患者的症状，氟他胺片对于前列腺炎引起的早泄、阳痿、遗精及性欲减退都有很好的治疗效果。
