比卡鲁胺片的功效是：

比卡鲁胺片也叫岩列舒，属于非甾体类抗雄激素药物，并且在动物中是一种混合功能氧化酶诱导剂，与雄激素受体结合而使其无有效的基因表达，从而抑制了雄激素的刺激，导致前列腺肿瘤的萎缩，本品用于晚期前列腺癌的治疗可有效的控制症状，软化缩小肿瘤。本品经口服吸收良好，本品虽然为西药，但是副作用小，患者容易接受，对心肝肾等内脏功能损害小，不会引起心脑血管疾病等并发症。本品与黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)类似物或外科睾丸切除术联合应用于晚期前列腺癌的治疗。
