作用：本品适用于对包括甲磺酸伊马替尼在内的治疗方案耐药或不能耐受的慢性髓细胞样白血病(cml)所有病期成人患者。

达沙替尼片(依尼舒)的性状为白色或类白色、双凸椭圆型薄膜衣片，是专门治疗白血病的一种药品。那么，本品应如何贮藏才比较好呢？

达沙替尼片(施达赛)

达沙替尼片为多酪氨酸激酶抑制剂，可抑制BCR-ABL、SRC家族(SRC、LCK、YES、FYN)、c-KIT、EPHA2和PDGFRS等激酶。在体外，本品对多种不同的伊马替尼敏感或耐药的白血病细胞株有活性，可抑制BCR-ABL来表达的CML和ALL细胞株的生长。达沙替尼属于靶向小分子药物，为络氨酸激酶抑制剂，能阻断破坏肿瘤细胞的信息传导，从而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖，最终达到抗肿瘤作用。

达沙替尼片的贮藏方法是30℃以下保存。一般来说，在每种药品的说明书中都会明确标示药品的贮藏方式或条件，主要分为常温、冷处、阴凉处、凉暗处等贮藏方式或条件。
