作用：适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[alt]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片的主要成份为拉米夫定，化学名：(2R-顺式)-4-氨基-1-(2-羟甲基-1，3-氧硫杂环戊-5-基)-1H-嘧啶-2-酮。性状是薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显白色。那么，本品可以用来治疗慢性乙型肝炎病人吗？

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

本品的主要作用是适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[ALT]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗，用法用量为口服，成人一次0.1g，一日1次。常见的不良反应有上呼吸道感染样症状、头痛、恶心、身体不适、腹痛和腹泻，症状一般较轻并可自行缓解。

温馨提示：拉米夫定不是一种可以根治乙型肝炎的药物。病人必须在有乙肝治疗经验的专科医生指导下用药,不能自行停药，并需在治疗中进行定期监测。至少应每3个月测一次ALT水平，每6个月测一次HBVDNA和HBeAg。
