作用：本品可用于治疗慢性肝炎所致的氨基转移酶升高。

双环醇片可用于治疗慢性肝炎所致的氨基转移酶升高。那么双环醇片饭前吃还是饭后吃？

双环醇片(百赛诺)

双环醇片为口服片剂。成人及12岁以上青少年常规剂量为每次25mg—50mg，每日3次。一般为6个月，必要时可根据治疗指标的应答和转归情况适当延长疗程。慢性丙型肝炎患者目前推荐剂量为每次50mg，每日3次。疗程与停药可参考慢性乙型肝炎的治疗意见。

考虑双环醇片的脂溶性较强，建议可在餐后1—2小时服用，每日3次的用药间隔时间以6—8小时为宜.

双环醇片用药6个月，谷草转氨酶复常率为48.7%;停药3个月后，谷草转氨酶复常率48.7%，全部谷草转氨酶恢复正常的病人谷草转氨酶保持稳定。

双环醇片的不良反应：患者对本品有很好的耐受性，极个别患者有皮疹发生。皮疹明显者可停药观察，必要时可服用抗过敏药。
