作用：适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[alt]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片的主要成份是拉米夫定。拉米夫定片性状会是薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显白色。那么，拉米夫定片的禁忌会是如何呢？

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

拉米夫定片适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[ALT]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片口服，成人一次0.1g，一日1次。

拉米夫定片可被胃肠道良好吸收，正常情况下成人口服拉米夫定后生物利用度为80～85％。口服给药后，最大血药浓度(Cmax)的平均达峰时间(Tmax)约为1小时。以每日一次，每次100mg的治疗剂量给予拉米夫定，其最大血药浓度Cmax为1.1～1.5(g/ml(4.8-6.5(mol/L)左右，谷值血药浓度为0.015～0.020(g/ml(0.065-0.087(mol/L)。

拉米夫定片的禁忌会是：对本品过敏者禁用。
