规格：0.1g*14片/盒

作用：适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[alt]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[ALT]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

用法用量：口服，成人一次0.1g，一日1次。

注意事项：1.应提醒病人注意，拉米夫定不是一种可以根治乙型肝炎的药物。病人必须在有乙肝治疗经验的专科医生指导下用药,不能自行停药，并需在治疗中进行定期监测。至少应每3个月测一次ALT水平，每6个月测一次HBVDNA和HBeAg。2.HBsAg阳性但ALT水平正常的病人，即使HbeAg和/或HBVDNA阳性，也不宜开始拉米夫定治疗，应定期随访观察，根据病情变化而再考虑。3.随着拉米夫定治疗时间的延长，在部分病人中可检测到乙型肝炎病毒的YMDD变异株，这种变异株对拉米夫定的敏感性下降。

不良反应：常见的不良反应有上呼吸道感染样症状、头痛、恶心、身体不适、腹痛和腹泻，症状一般较轻并可自行缓解。禁忌：对本品过敏者禁用。
