作用：用于低钾血症，亦可用于心肌炎、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等心肌代谢障碍病症的辅助治疗。

门冬氨酸钾镁片每片含无水门冬氨酸钾79mg，无水门冬氨酸镁70mg，是电解质补充药，对本品过敏患者禁用。那么，本品能用于治疗低血钾症吗？

门冬氨酸钾镁片(现代)

本品的性状为薄膜衣片，除去包衣后显白色，适用于低血钾症，改善洋地黄中毒引起的心律失常、恶心、呕吐等中毒症状，用于心肌炎后遗症，慢性心功能不全等各种心脏病，亦可用于急、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、胆汁分泌不足和肝性脑病等辅助治疗。

用法用量是餐后服用。规格为含无水门冬氨酸钾79mg，无水门冬氨酸镁70mg：常规用量为每次2～4片，每日3次；根据具体情况可增加至每次6片，每日3次。
