作用：中毒性肝脏损害：用于慢性肝炎及肝硬化的支持治疗。

水飞蓟素胶囊的生产企业是德国马博士大药厂，主要成份是水飞蓟素。水飞蓟素为四种异构体的混合物。1个胶囊含173.0-186.7毫克的干燥乳蓟果提取物(36-44：1)，以水飞蓟宾计相当于水飞蓟素140毫克。那么，本品能用于治疗肝硬化患者吗？

水飞蓟素胶囊(利加隆)

水飞蓟素胶囊的性状为胶囊剂，内容物为黄色粉末；气微，味微甜、苦，用于慢性肝炎及肝硬化患者。用法用量为重症病例的起始治疗剂量：一次1粒，一日三次；维持剂量：一次1粒，一日二次。饭前用适量液体吞服。或请遵医嘱。

温馨提示：药物治疗不能替代对导致肝损伤(例如：酒精)因素的排除。对于出现黄疸的病例(皮肤浅黄色或暗黄，眼巩膜黄染)，应咨询医师。此药不适用于治疗急性中毒。
