水飞蓟素胶囊的成分是确切的，为西药。主要成分有水飞蓟宾、异水飞蓟宾、脱氢水飞蓟宾、水飞蓟宁、水飞蓟亭和水飞蓟宾聚合物等类黄酮类黄酮物质。
