作用：中毒性肝脏损害：用于慢性肝炎及肝硬化的支持治疗。

对于一些急性肝中毒的病症，水飞蓟素能有一定的解毒功效;水飞蓟具有强力的抗氧化功能，能保护肝脏细胞免受自由基破坏，效力远胜于维生素E;水飞蓟素促进蛋白质的合成，加快制造新的肝脏细胞，或令已受损的肝脏细胞自行修复。那么，水飞蓟素胶囊吃了对肾有损害吗?

水飞蓟素胶囊(利加隆)

水飞蓟素的主要成分为水飞蓟宾，临床研究显示水飞蓟素经消化道吸收后，主要随胆汁排泄(大于吸收量的80%)。胆汁中有作为代谢物的葡萄糖醛酸和硫酸盐。水飞蓟宾在游离后被重吸收，并进入肠肝循环，此过程已经在动物实验中证实。由于水飞蓟宾可能主要经胆汁清除(作用部位：肝脏)，因此血液含量低且肾脏清除少。

水飞蓟素胶囊吸收半衰期为2.2小时，清除半衰期为6.3小时。当本品以治疗剂量服用时，单次服用与多次服用后人胆汁中的水飞蓟宾含量相同。结果表明水飞蓟宾不会在人体中蓄积。140毫克规格的水飞蓟素一日3次多次服用后，胆汁清除达到稳定状态。

提醒您在服水飞蓟素胶囊时，尽量用温开水送服，这样有利于药物的吸收，在服药期间，最好不要吃油腻、辛辣、生、冷的食物，以免影响胃对药物的吸收，而降低水飞蓟素胶囊的功效。
