作用：适用于治疗有乙型肝炎病毒活动复制证据，并伴有血清氨基酸转移酶（alt或ast）持续升高或肝脏组织学活动性病变的肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎患者。

阿德福韦酯片是一种通用乙肝抗病毒治疗药物，适用于治疗有乙型肝炎病毒活动复制证据，并伴有血清氨基酸转移酶（ALT或AST）持续升高或肝脏组织学活动性病变的肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎患者。

阿德福韦酯片(贺维力)

那么，吃阿德福韦酯片能随时停药吗？

阿德福韦酯片临床治疗慢性乙肝，具有低耐药，不于其它核苷类药物（拉米夫定、恩替卡韦、替比夫定）交叉耐药的特点，但是抗病毒活性低，抵制乙肝病毒慢，对些病毒量较高的慢性乙肝患者意蕴治疗不适合。

阿德福韦酯片用于成人(18-65岁)患者，必须在有慢性乙型肝炎治疗经验的医生指导下使用。肾功能正常的患者：本品的推荐剂量为每日1次，每次10mg，饭前或饭后口服均可。治疗的最佳疗程尚未确定。勿超过推荐剂量使用。患者应当定期监测乙型肝炎生化指标、病毒学指标和血清标志物，至少每6个月1次。

病人停止乙肝治疗会发生肝炎急性加重，包括停止使用阿德福韦酯。因此，停止乙肝治疗的病人应密切监测肝功能，若必要，应重新进行抗乙肝治疗。
