作用：适用于治疗有乙型肝炎病毒活动复制证据，并伴有血清氨基酸转移酶（alt或ast）持续升高或肝脏组织学活动性病变的肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎患者。

需饭后服用的药物一般有：1.助消化药：如稀盐酸、胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶等，因可与食物充分拌匀，发挥最大疗效。2.剌激性药物：如黄连上清丸、牛黄解毒丸、阿斯匹林、去痛片等，因被食物稀释后可缓解和其对胃黏膜的剌激。

阿德福韦酯片为白色或类白色片。本品适用于治疗有乙型肝炎病毒活动复制证据，并伴有血清氨基酸转移酶（ALT或AST）持续升高或肝脏组织学活动性病变的肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎患者。

阿德福韦酯片的用法用量：患者必须在有慢性乙型肝炎治疗经验的医生指导下使用本品。1.成人（18～65岁）本品的推荐剂量为每日1次，每次10mg，饭前或饭后口服均可。2.治疗的最佳疗程尚未确定。勿超过推荐剂量使用。3.患者应当定期监测乙型肝炎生化指标、病毒学指标和血清标志物，至少每6个月1次。
