作用：适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[alt]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

拉米夫定片适用于伴有丙氨酸氦基转移酶[ALT]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。在对慢性乙型肝炎治疗有经验的医生指导下使用，推荐剂量为每日一次，每次100mg，饭前或饭后服用均可。

拉米夫定不是一种可以根治乙型肝炎的药物。病人必须在有乙肝治疗经验的专科医生指导下用药，不能自行停药，并需在治疗中进行定期监测。至少应每3个月测一次ALT水平，每6个月测一次HBVDNA和HBeAg。

拉米夫定片药物过量：在有限的关于人类急性服用过量药物的资料中，没有死亡发生，且患者均已康复。过量服用后未见特殊的体征和症状。虽然对此尚无相关的研究，如果发生了药物过量，要对患者进行监护，并按要求给予常规的支持性治疗。因为拉米夫定可透析清除，所以当用药过量且出现临床症状或体征时，可采取连续的血液透析进行治疗。
