双环醇片(百赛诺)

双环醇片为联苯双酯类似物，将联苯双酯的酯基优化为羟甲基而成，使其通透作用和生物利用度都比联苯双酯好，故保肝降酶作用强于联苯双酯且反跳率低，对不同的原因引起的肝损伤均有保护细胞膜和改善肝功能的作用。双环醇片其可明显减轻肝细胞脂肪变及坏死，减轻肝细胞间质炎症反应，维护肝细胞的正常形态。

有关研究显示，双环醇片对改善慢性乙肝患者的临床症状，降低丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶有明显效果，具有明显的肝细胞保护作用。
