作用：替比夫定用于有病毒复制证据以及有血清转氨酶（alt或ast）持续升高或肝组织活动性病变证据的慢性乙型肝炎成人患者。

替比夫定用于有病毒复制证据以及有血清转氨酶（ALT或AST）持续升高或肝组织活动性病变证据的慢性乙型肝炎成人患者。那么，替比夫定片患者该怎么服用？

替比夫定片(素比伏)

替比夫定片（素比伏）能强效快速抑制病毒，减少疾病进展的风险。替比夫定片（素比伏）耐药率低，可提高治疗成功率。素比伏治疗1年和2年耐药率均显著低于拉米夫定，可大大减少由耐药导致的治疗失败，提高治疗效果。

本品的服用方法及用量是：

患者必须在有慢性乙型肝炎治疗经验的医生指导下使用本品。成人和青少年（>=16岁）本品的推荐剂量为每日1次，每次600mg，饭前或饭后口服均可。治疗的最佳疗程尚未确定。勿超过推荐剂量使用。肾功能损伤且肌酐清除率>=50ml/min患者，按照推荐剂量和用法服用即可;肾功能损伤且肌酐清除率<50ml/min患者包括进行血液透析终末期肾病（ESRD）患者，应在医生的指导下调整剂量和用法。终末期肾病（ESRD)患者服用本品应在血液透析完后进行。肝功能损伤患者，无需改变推荐剂量和用法。服用本品期间，应当定期监测乙型肝炎生化指标,病毒学指标和血清标志物，至少每6个月1次。
