作用：适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶[alt]升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成年慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。

拉米夫定片(贺普丁)

拉米夫定片(健甘灵)为薄膜衣片，除去薄膜衣后显白色。

用法用量：口服，成人一次0.1g，一日1次。

病人应注意，拉米夫定不是一种可以根治乙型肝炎的药物。病人必须在有乙肝治疗经验的专科医生指导下用药,不能自行停药，并需在治疗中进行定期监测。至少应每3个月测一次ALT水平，每6个月测一次HBVDNA和HBeAg。
