作用：用于某些抗生素难以控制的病毒性或霉菌性细胞内感染的辅助治疗(如带状疱疹、流行性乙型脑炎、白色念珠菌感染、病毒性心肌炎等)；亦可作为恶性肿瘤的辅助治疗；本品可用于湿疹、血小板减少、多次感染综合症等。

过敏性鼻炎是临床上常见的过敏性疾病，以喷嚏、鼻漏、鼻痒、鼻黏膜苍白为特征。过敏性鼻炎又称为变应性鼻炎。那么，转移因子口服溶液对过敏性鼻炎的作用有哪些呢?

转移因子口服溶液(孚泰)

过敏性鼻炎是鼻腔粘膜的变应性疾病，并可引起多种并发症，而转移因子口服液是治疗变应性鼻炎确切而稳定的免疫调节剂。

为了证实转移因子口服溶液对过敏性鼻炎的作用，有关专家做了临床试验，临床实验中，治疗组60例患者口服转移因子口服液10ml，对照组60例患者口服特非那丁片60mg，均为2次/d，连服2周为1个疗程，隔1周作第2疗程治疗。实验结果证明，两组的近期总有效果比率差异无统计学意义;远期总有效果比率治疗组高于对照组。

过敏性鼻炎除有一定的过敏体质因素外，机体免疫功能失衡在其发病机制中起重要作用，其发生发展与T细胞功能减退及失调有关，常规的脱敏治疗能提高机体的免疫耐受力和消除过敏症状，不失为一种根本的治疗手段，但疗程短时易复发。

转移因子能够将供体的某一些特异性和非特异性细胞免疫功能，转移给受体，扩大受体的免疫反应。转移因子有触发和调节细胞免疫功能，使未接触过抗原的细胞致敏，T淋巴细胞分化增殖为效应T细胞，发生增效反映，变成致敏淋巴细胞和释放具有免疫活性的淋巴因子，攻击体内病毒等外来物。
