盐酸多奈哌齐片是全球公认的治疗老年性痴呆症的药物，并经过国内外众多临床研究及实践证明，盐酸多奈哌齐片能全面治疗大脑疾病及中老年性痴呆症。
盐酸多奈哌齐片(安理申)常见副作用包括：恶心、腹泻、失眠、呕吐、肌肉痉挛、乏力、倦怠与食欲减退，症状通常轻微且短暂，不必调整剂量，连续服药症状可缓解。
较少见的不良反应包括头痛、头晕、精神紊乱(幻觉、易激惹、攻击行为)，体重减轻，视力减退，胸痛，关节痛，抑郁，多梦，嗜睡，新的神经症状，皮疹，胃痛，胃肠功能紊乱，尿频或无规律。
