作用：1.可增加胃肠动力，用于胃轻瘫综合征，或上消化道不适，但x线、内窥镜检查阴性的症状群，特征为早饱、饭后饱胀、食量减低、胃胀、过多的嗳气、食欲缺乏、恶心、呕吐或类似溃疡的主诉(上腹部灼痛)。 2.胃-食道反流，包括食管炎的治疗及维持治疗。 3.与运动功能失调有关的假性肠梗阻导致的推进性蠕动不足和胃肠内容物滞留。 4.可恢复结肠的推进性运动，作为慢性便秘病人的长期治疗。

激素类药物就是以人体或动物激素（包括与激素结构、作用原理相同的有地塞米松是常见的口服激素类药物机物）为有效成分的药物。

西沙必利片(恒同)

那么，西沙必利片为激素类药物吗？

我们通常所说的“激素类药物”在没有特别指定时，是“肾上腺糖皮质激素类药物”的简称。其他类激素类药物，则常用其分类名称，如“雄性激素”、“胰岛素”、“生长激素”等。

西沙必利片为全胃肠促动力药。本品不含激素。主要成份为西沙必利。化学名：顺式-4-氨基-5-氯-N-[1-[3-(4-氟苯氧基)丙基]-3-甲氧-4吡啶基]-2-甲氧苯胺。分子式：C23H29C1FN304分子量：465.95。

西沙必利片主要用于功能性消化不良，X线、内窥镜检查为阴性的上消化道不适，症状为早饱，饭后饱胀、食量减退、胃胀、嗳气过多、食欲缺乏、恶心、呕吐或类似溃疡的主诉（上腹部灼痛）。另可用于轻度反流性食管炎的治疗。
