作用：用于缓解胃酸过多引起的胃痛、胃灼热感（烧心）、反酸，也可用于慢性胃炎。

复方氢氧化铝片为白色片。那么，复方氢氧化铝片的不良反应是哪些？

复方氢氧化铝片(一力)

复方氢氧化铝片功能主治是胃酸过多；胃溃疡；十二指肠溃疡；胃肠绞痛；甲状旁腺机能减退；肾病型骨软化症。

不良反应:

1、可引起恶心，呕吐，便秘等症状，长期大剂量服用，可致严重便秘，甚至粪结块引起肠梗阻。

2、老年人长期服用，可影响肠道吸收磷酸盐，可导致骨质疏松，铝盐吸收后沉积于脑，可引起老年性痴呆。

3、肾衰竭患者长期服用可引起骨软化，脑病，痴呆及小细胞性贫血等，特别是对接受血液透析的患者，可产生透析性痴呆，表现为肌肉疼痛抽搐，神经质或烦躁不安，味觉异常，呼吸变慢以及极度疲乏无力等症状。
