作用：溃疡性结肠炎、节段性回肠炎（克罗恩病）。

美沙拉嗪肠溶片为炎症性肠炎首选药品。主要用于溃疡性结肠炎、节段性回肠炎肠道菌群失调引起的肠功能紊乱，如轻急性腹泻食欲不振，恶心呕吐，腹胀腹泻，消化不良。那么，老年患者能不能服用美沙拉嗪肠溶片？

美沙拉嗪肠溶片(惠迪)

美沙拉嗪肠溶片，为白色片。溃疡性结肠炎、节段性回肠炎（克罗恩病）。成人：溃疡性结肠炎：（急性发作）每日4次，每次1g，或遵医嘱。（维持治疗）每日3次，每次0.5g，或遵医嘱。节段性回肠炎：每日4次，每次1g，或遵医嘱。肾、肝功能不全者慎用。两岁以下儿童不宜使用。出现皮疹时应暂停使用并尽快咨询医生。不良反应可能引起轻微胃部不适。偶有恶心、头痛、头晕等。对水杨酸类药物及本品的赋形剂过敏者忌用。

温馨提示：胃溃疡患者需加强营养应选用易消化、含足够热量、蛋白质和维生素丰富的食物。如稀饭、细面条、牛奶、软米饭、豆浆、鸡蛋、瘦肉、豆腐和豆制品。
