作用：适用于胃肠疾病患者。

生活中，由于疏忽大意，吃错药的情况屡见不鲜。一旦吃错药，不但不能治病，反而可能致病，甚至会有生命危险，那么，埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片会导致眩晕吗？

埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片(耐信)

有临床研究表明反流性食管炎患者服用埃索美拉唑40mg，4周的愈合率约为78%，8周后为93%。

埃索美拉唑20mg，一日二次与适当的抗菌药物联用治疗1周后，幽门螺杆菌的根除率约为90%。一周根除治疗后，对没有并发症的十二指肠溃疡患者无需再单用抑酸剂作愈合溃疡和消除症状的后续治疗。

使用抗酸药物治疗期间，胃酸分泌减少会导致血清胃泌素增高。在一些长期使用埃索美拉唑治疗的患者中，观察到嗜银细胞（ECL细胞）的增多可能与血清胃泌素水平的增加相关。

在长期使用抗酸药物治疗期间，有报道胃腺囊肿的发生率有一定程度的增多。这些反应是显著地抑制泌酸后的生理性反应，其性质为良性，并视为可逆性的。

埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片可能引起中枢和外周神经系统不良反应：感觉异常，嗜睡，失眠，眩晕。可逆性精神错乱，激动，易攻击，抑郁和幻觉，主要存在于严重疾病患者。
