长期服用吉法酯片的危害(吉法酯片吃了便秘特别严重)

作用：用于治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡，急、慢性胃炎，结肠炎，胃痉挛等。

吉法酯片的主要成份为吉法酯（金合欢乙酸香叶醇酯）、铝硅酸镁。吉法酯片为橙色圆形薄膜包衣片。那么，服用吉法酯片会出现恶心症状吗？

吉法酯片(惠加强-G)

吉法酯片具有增加可视粘液层厚度，吉法酯片具有增强胃粘膜屏障，吉法酯片可以扩张胃粘膜微循环，吉法酯片可以改善血流分布。吉法酯片50mg/kg经口一次给药实验表明，吉法酯片的吸收率达60～70%。吉法酯片在口服6小时后血液浓度达到最高峰。

吉法酯片24小时后尿中排泄12．4％，吉法酯片呼气中排出19．5％，吉法酯片在粪便中排泄30～40％。吉法酯片能够保护胃粘膜，吉法酯片具有促进溃疡修复愈合，吉法酯片可以增加胃粘膜前列腺素，防止粘膜电位差低下，吉法酯片具有促进可溶性粘液分泌。

服用吉法酯片偶见口干、恶心、心悸、便秘等症状，严重者应立即停止服用。
