骨筋丸胶囊的作用是是活血化瘀，舒筋通络，祛风止痛。用于肥大性脊椎炎，颈椎病、跟骨刺、增生性关节炎，大骨节病等。

临床试验证明，服用骨筋丸胶囊2-4天，患者可感到热、跳动（或蚂蚁感）、肿胀、肿胀、麻木、疼痛可显著减轻。服用一个疗程后，骨成骨细胞和破骨细胞生长活跃，病变关节活动明显增强，肿胀、肿胀、疼痛基本消失，服用2个疗程后，所有症状基本消除，清除骨余毒，骨关节炎症消失，感觉呼吸顺畅，精力充沛。
