非布司他片对尿酸和黄嘌呤浓度的影响。非布司他片对健康受试者服用后，24小时平均血清尿酸浓度的剂量依赖性降低，黄嘌呤的平均血清浓度增加。非布司他片在尿酸中的日总排泄量减少。同时，尿液中黄嘌呤的日总排泄量增加。非布司他片的日剂量为40mg和80mg24小时平均血清尿酸浓度降低40%-55%。非布司他片的价格是：
