秋水仙碱片分离的中性粒细胞中的药物浓度高于血浆浓度，可维持10天。秋水仙碱片从胆汁和肾脏代谢（10%）～20%)排泄。肝病患者从肾脏排泄增加。停药后，药物排泄持续约10天。
