作用：适用于治疗风湿性和类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风、关节炎、腱鞘炎。亦可用于缓解骨肉骨骼扭伤、挫伤、损伤以及痛经等所致的疼痛。

萘普生胶囊的主要成分是萘普生。化学名称:( )-α-甲基-6-甲氧基-2-萘乙酸。那么，萘普生胶囊用于儿童抗风湿呢？

萘普生胶囊

萘普生胶囊口服后吸收迅速完全，口服后2～4小时血药浓度达到峰值。与食品、镁、铝一起服用的吸收率降低，与碳酸氢钠一起服用的吸收率加快。血浆蛋白结合率高于99%。T1/2通常是13小时。萘普生胶囊是一种非甾体抗炎药，通过抑制前列腺素合成，具有镇痛、抗炎和解热作用。

萘普生胶囊适用于治疗风湿性和类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、痛风、关节炎和腱鞘炎。也可用于缓解骨扭伤、挫伤、损伤和痛经引起的疼痛。

萘普生胶囊用于儿童抗风湿，一次体重5mg/kg，一日2次。
