萘普生胶囊

萘普生胶囊在肝脏中代谢，通过肾脏排泄，约95%以原形及其组合物随尿液排出。口服后迅速完全吸收，口服后2～4小时血药浓度达到峰值。通过抑制前列腺素起服用的吸收率降低，与碳酸氢钠一起服用的吸收速度加快。萘普生胶囊是一种非甾体抗炎药，通过抑制前列腺素合成，具有镇痛、抗炎、解热的作用。

萘普生胶囊与丙磺舒同使用时，血药浓度升高，T延长1/2可以增加疗效，但毒性反应也相应增加。
