【导读】别嘌醇缓释胶囊的儿童常用量是多少呢？：别嘌醇缓释胶囊口服用药后，自胃肠道可吸收80%-90%，2-6小时血药浓度达峰值，别嘌醇约70%在肝脏代谢成具有活性的氧嘌呤醇，两者均不能和血浆蛋白结合。

作用：1. 原发性和继发性高尿酸血症，尤其是尿酸生成过多而引起的高尿酸血症；2.反复发作或慢性痛风患者；3.痛风石；4.尿酸性肾结石和/或尿酸性肾病；5.有肾功能不全的高尿酸血症。

别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊用于原发性和继发性高尿酸血症，特别是由尿酸产生过多引起的高尿酸血症。那么，儿童常用的别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊是多少呢？

别嘌醇缓释胶囊(奥迈必利)

儿童常用的别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊有：

口服别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊后，自胃肠道可吸收80%-90%，2-6小时血药浓度达到峰值，约70%的别嘌呤醇在肝脏代谢为活性氧嘌呤醇，不能与血浆蛋白结合。血液中别嘌呤醇半衰期为1-氧嘌呤醇半衰期为3小时12小时～30小时。本药经肾排泄，约10%以原形、70%以代谢物随尿排出，亦可经乳汁排泄。

儿童常用别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊：继发性高尿酸血症常用治疗：6岁以内每次50人mg一日1～3次；6～10岁一次100mg一日1～可酌情调整3次剂量。
