苯溴马隆片(立加利仙)

苯溴马隆片用于原发性高尿酸血症、痛风性关节炎间歇期和痛风结节肿。

痛风在中国仍然很少见。这是一种由尿酸代谢异常和体内尿酸积累过多引起的疾病。超过一半的患者首先发生在第一跖骨和髋关节，并患有典型的痛风性关节炎。

中年男性的发病率明显高于女性。他们病得很快，晚上可以醒来。通常先侵犯一个关节，多见于第一跖趾关节，其次是脚背、脚跟和踝关节。关节局部肿胀，皮肤暗红，压痛明显，不敢活动。发烧可能发生在急性发作期间(38～39℃)、头痛、心悸、厌食等全身反应。急性发作后一周左右，症状逐渐消失，关节恢复正常。

苯溴马隆片(立加利仙)

这种疾病的间歇期可以持续几个月或几年，但随着病情的加重，间歇期可以越来越短，玉米粒大的痛风石可以出现在耳轮、耳垂和关节皮下。它可能是由酗酒、暴饮暴食、过度劳累或精神紧张引起的，一些患者可能是慢性的，严重的关节是由损伤引起的。
