作用：原发性高尿酸血症，痛风性关节炎间歇期及痛风结节肿等。

买东西首先要看的是它的说明书，主要看它的药物功能及其注意事项，那么苯溴马隆片的注意事项是5点吗？

苯溴马隆片(立加利仙)

1.痛风急性发作期不能服用，因为在治疗初期，随着组织中尿酸的溶解，疾病可能会加重。

2.为避免治疗初期痛风急性发作，建议秋水仙碱或抗炎药合用。

3.治疗期间需要大量饮用水来增加尿量(治疗初期饮用水量不得少于1).5—2升).避免尿酸过多导致尿酸结晶。定期测量尿液的pH值。为促进尿液碱化，可酌情给予碳酸氢钠或柠檬酸合剂，注意酸碱平衡。患者尿液pH应调节在6.5—6.8之间。

4.开始治疗时尿酸随尿排出，所以此时用药量要小(初始剂量)。
