作用：阿司匹林对血小板聚集的抑制作用，因此阿司匹林肠溶片适应症如下：降低急性心肌梗死疑似患者的发病风险预防心肌梗死复发中风的二级预防降低短暂性脑缺血发作(tia)及其继发脑卒中的风险降低稳定性和不稳定性心绞痛患者的发病风险动脉外科手术或介入手术后，如经皮冠脉腔内成形术(ptca)，冠状动脉旁路术(cabg)，颈动脉内膜剥离术，动静脉分流术预防大手术后深静脉血栓和肺栓塞降低心血管危险因素者（冠心病家族史、糖尿病、血脂异常、高血压、肥胖、抽烟史、年龄大于50岁者）心肌梗死发作的风险。

阿司匹林肠溶片可缓解头痛、牙痛、神经痛、肌肉痛、月经痛等轻度或中度疼痛。那么，服用阿司匹林肠溶片对肾功能有什么危害呢？

阿司匹林肠溶片(拜阿司匹灵)

阿司匹林肠溶片对肾功能的损害与剂量有关，特别是过量使血药浓度达到250μg/ml容易发生。损伤是可逆的，停药后可以恢复。但有关肾乳头坏死的报道。

阿司匹林肠溶片口服后吸收迅速完全。它已经开始在胃里吸收，大部分可以在小肠上部吸收。吸收率、溶解度和胃肠道pH与价值有关。食物可以降低吸收率，但不影响吸收。肠溶剂吸收缓慢。本产品与碳酸氢钠同服，吸收快。吸收后分布在各组织中，也可渗入关节腔和脑脊液。阿司匹林的蛋白质结合率较低，但水解水杨酸盐的蛋白质结合率为65%～90%。当血药浓度高时，结合率相应降低。
