作用：在决定使用本品前，应仔细考虑本品和其他治疗选择的潜在利益和风险。根据每例患者的治疗目标，在最短治疗时间内使用最低有效剂量（见[注意事项]-警告）。 (1)用于缓解骨关节炎的症状和体征。 (2)用于缓解成人类风湿关节炎的症状和体征。 (3)用于治疗成人急性疼痛。（见[临床试验]）

塞来昔布胶囊(西乐宝)是硬胶囊，内容为白粉。主要成分是塞来昔布。批准文号为国药准字J20120063年生产于辉瑞制药有限公司。那么塞来昔布胶囊(西乐宝)能空腹服用吗？

塞来昔布胶囊(西乐葆)

塞来昔布胶囊(西乐宝)是关节炎治疗研究最多的药物之一，已被世界120个国家和地区批准使用。塞来昔布批准的适应症包括缓解骨关节炎、成人类风湿性关节炎、成人急性疼痛、原发性痛经等。

空腹给药的塞来昔布吸收良好，约2～口服胶囊后的生物利用率为口服混悬后生物利用率的99%(混悬液是口服使用的最佳剂型)。

本品主要通过肝脏清除，少于1%剂量的药物以原形从尿液中排出。多剂服药后半衰期为8～清除率约为12小时500mL/分。连续给药5天内达到稳态分布容积平均值，约500L/70kg，这表明塞来昔布在组织中的广泛分布。
