生三七散是三七粉碎制成的散剂。散剂是药物剂型之一。药物研制成粉末为散剂。一般来说，它可以口服，也可以外用。口服：用水煮粗粉；用白汤、茶、米汤或葡萄酒制成细粉。外用：研制成极细粉末，撒在患处，或用酒、醋、蜂蜜等敷在患处。
