作用：治疗精神疾患，尤其是伴有阳性症状（例如：谵妄，幻觉，认知障碍）和/或阴性症状（例如：反应迟缓，情感淡漠及社会能力退缩）的急性或慢性精神分裂症，也包括以阴性症状为主的精神病患。

氨磺必利片(帕可) 用于治疗以阳性症状（例如谵妄幻觉认知障碍）和/或阴性症状（例如反应迟缓情感淡漠及社会能力退缩）为主的急性或慢性精神分裂症，也包括以阴性症状为特征的精神分裂症。
氨磺必利片为氨磺必利。化学名：(S)-2-氨甲基-N-乙基吡咯烷制造而成的现代西药。
氨磺必利片(帕可)一种苯胺取代的精神抑制药，可选择性地结合边缘系统的D2和D3多巴胺能受体。该产品不与5-羟色胺能受体或其他组胺，胆碱能受体，肾上腺素能受体结合。在动物实验中，与纹状体相比，高剂量的氨磺必利主要阻断边缘系统中间的多巴胺能神经元。这种亲和力可能是氨磺必利具有比其锥体外系作用更大的抑制作用的原因。低剂量氨磺必利主要阻断突触前D2/D3多巴胺能受体，可以解释其对阴性症状的影响。
