作用：与孕激素联合使用建立人工月经周期中用于补充主要与自然或人工绝经相关的雌激素缺乏：血管舒缩性疾病(潮热)，生殖泌尿道营养性疾病(外阴阴道萎缩，性交困难，尿失禁)以及精神性疾病(睡眠障碍，衰弱)。

戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)

戊酸雌二醇片的药理毒理是：本品为天然雌二醇的戊酸盐，具有雌二醇的药理作用，能促进和调节女性生殖器官和副性征的正常发育。

戊酸雌二醇片为淡黄色糖衣片，除去糖衣后显白色。

雌激素类药物的益处是无可争辩的，而且已被科学证实，然而，最近有观点表明，更年期的长期的非对抗性的雌激素治疗，可能会增加子宫内膜癌的发病率，由于这一可疑的危险性尚不能完全除外，故子宫内膜增生应避免行非对抗性的雌激素治疗，而应外给予孕激素类药物，任何病人均应遵守医生处方的剂量，包括有关间断服药的医嘱和疗程，而且应遵守妇科复查的约定。
