妇科止带胶囊的主要成分为椿皮、黄柏、山药、茯苓、龟板、阿胶、五味子。本品为硬胶囊，内容物为棕褐色的颗粒；气微，味苦、微酸腥。那么妇科止带胶囊有什么适应症？

妇科止带胶囊具有清热燥湿，收敛止带的作用。用于慢性子宫颈炎，子宫内膜炎，阴道粘膜炎等引起的湿热型赤白带症。

慢性子宫颈炎是妇科疾病中最为常见的一种，经产妇女较为多见。临床主要表现为白带增多，呈乳白色或微黄色，或为粘稠状脓性，有时为血性或夹杂血丝。一般通过妇科检查不难诊断，宫颈局部多表现为糜烂、子宫颈肥大、子宫颈管炎，子宫颈腺体囊肿及子宫颈鳞状上皮化生等。

子宫内膜炎是各种原因引起的子宫内膜结构发生炎性改变。宫腔有良好的引流条件及周期性内膜剥脱，使炎症极少机会长期停留于子宫内膜，但如急性期炎症治疗不彻底，或经常存在感染源，则可反复发作。慢性子宫内膜炎是导致流产的最常见原因。
