四妙丸(紫鑫)

“肾炎”顾名思义就是肾脏发生了炎症反应，但是它和其他脏器的炎症是不同的。比如说肺炎，肠炎等是细菌和病源微生物直接损伤组织器官，导致的局部炎症反应。肾炎是一种免疫性疾病是肾免疫介导的炎性反应，是不同的抗原微生物感染人体后，产生不同的抗体，结合成不同的免疫复合物，中国科学院肾病检测研究所认为沉积在肾脏的不同部位造成的病理损伤，形成不同的肾炎类型。

四妙丸方中以黄柏苦寒清热为君药;苍术苦温燥湿为臣药;苡仁独入阳明，祛湿利痹为佐药;牛膝引药下行为使药。诸药相合，共奏清热祛湿，舒筋利痹之功。主要有抑菌，解热，抗炎，镇痛，镇静等作用。本方主要用于小儿急性肾炎湿热留阻。四妙丸加减治疗小儿急性肾炎135例，治愈疗程最短者18天，最长者52天。本方加减对慢性肾炎、肾病综合征也有满意疗效。此外，其用于急性、多发性神经炎、急性风湿性关节炎、坐骨神经痛、小儿麻痹后遗症、糜烂性子宫颈炎，有一定疗效。
