止痛化癥胶囊(金妇康)口服，一次4～6粒，一日2～3次。用于气虚血瘀所致的月经不调、痛经、癥瘕，症见行经后错、经量少、有血块、经行小腹疼痛、腹有癥块；慢性盆腔炎见上述证候者。如与其他药物同时使用可能会发生药物相互作用，详情请咨询医师或药师。

止痛化癥胶囊(金妇康)具有益气活血，散结止痛的功效。为硬胶囊，内容物为棕褐色或黑褐色颗粒；气微香、味苦，微咸。主要成分有白术、败酱草、川楝子、丹参、当归、党参、莪术、黄芪、鸡血藤、炮姜、芡实、全蝎、肉桂、三棱、山药、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、延胡索、鱼腥草。白术《医学启源》记载：“除湿益燥，和中益气，温中，去脾胃中湿，除胃热，强脾胃，进饮食，安胎。”功能主治：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便溏，胎动不安。
