【导读】塞来昔布胶囊用于类风湿关节炎的用量是怎样呢？：塞来昔布胶囊的主要成份为塞来昔布。本品可通过抑制环氧化酶-2阻止炎性前列腺素类物质的产生，从而达到抗炎、镇痛及退热作用。

作用：在决定使用本品前，应仔细考虑本品和其他治疗选择的潜在利益和风险。根据每例患者的治疗目标，在最短治疗时间内使用最低有效剂量（见[注意事项]-警告）。 (1)用于缓解骨关节炎的症状和体征。 (2)用于缓解成人类风湿关节炎的症状和体征。 (3)用于治疗成人急性疼痛。（见[临床试验]）

塞来昔布胶囊为硬胶囊，内容物为白色粉末。主要成份为塞来昔布。化学名：4-[5-(4-甲苯基)-3-(三氟甲基)-1氢-1-吡唑－1基]苯磺酰胺。那么，塞来昔布胶囊用于类风湿关节炎的用量是怎样呢？

塞来昔布胶囊(西乐葆)

塞来昔布胶囊用于缓解成人骨关节炎和类风湿关节炎的症状和体征，以及用于家族性腺瘤息肉病(FAP)的辅助治疗。塞来昔布胶囊可通过抑制环氧化酶-2阻止炎性前列腺素类物质的产生，达到抗炎、镇痛及退热作用。

塞来昔布胶囊的健康受试者每日1次或分2次口服400mg本品后，其生物利用度相同。塞来昔布胶囊在骨关节炎患者，每日1次或分2次口服200mg本品后，其临床疗效及安全性相当。在大于65岁的人群中，塞来昔布胶囊的Cmax和AUC均值增加1.5-2倍。

塞来昔布胶囊用于类风湿关节炎的用量：本品缓解类风湿关节炎的症状和体征推荐剂量为100mg至200mg，每日两次。
