美洛昔康片适用于类风湿性关节炎的症状治疗，疼痛性骨关节炎(关节病，退行性骨头节病)的症状治疗。那么，使用美洛昔康片对血液系统的影响有什么呢？

美洛昔康片(莫比可)

美洛昔康片在血浆中，99%以上的药物与血浆蛋白结合。每日一次剂量致使药物血浆浓度在一相当小的峰-谷间波动，7.5毫克剂量的波动范围是0.4-1.Omcg/ml，15毫克剂量的血浆浓度范围是0.8-2.Omcg/ml。尽管已经观测到在这一范围之外的数值(最低血浆浓度和最髙血浆浓度分别在稳定状态)。

美洛昔康片代谢非常彻底，从粪便中排泄的保持原形的少于每日剂量的5%；只有少量的未改变的原化合物从尿中排出，美洛昔康片主要的代谢途径是氧化该物质的噻唑基部分的甲基，之后此代谢产物从尿或粪便中排泄掉，约一半是从尿中排出，其余的从粪便中排出。

美洛昔康片对血液系统的影响：常见：贫血。少见：血细胞计数失调、白细胞减少、血小板减少、粒细胞缺乏症。
