聚维酮碘栓能解聚释放出所含碘发挥杀菌作用。特点是对组织刺激性小，适用于皮肤，黏膜感染。那么，聚维酮碘栓疗效如何?

聚维酮碘栓(东信)

聚维酮碘栓为棕红色栓。聚维酮碘栓为消毒防腐剂，对多种细菌、细菌芽胞、病毒、真菌等有杀灭作用。其作用机制是聚维酮碘栓接触创面或患处后，聚维酮碘栓在溶剂中逐渐释放出碘，起到一种缓释作用，以保持较长时间的杀菌力。

聚维酮碘栓强大的杀菌机制是氧化病原体原浆蛋白的活性基团，并能与蛋白质的氨基结合而使其变性，因而有效地杀死细菌、芽孢、真菌、病毒及原虫等病原体。具有杀菌力强，杀菌范围广，刺激性极小，黄染轻、易清洗、无过敏反应等特点。

聚维酮碘栓对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、淋球菌、白色念珠菌等上百种细菌、病毒等有快速杀灭作用。该产品是目前国内外直接用于人体皮肤、粘膜的首选消毒防腐药。

聚维酮碘栓由于逐渐分解出游离碘而起作用。其中80%--90%的结合碘可解聚成游离碘，可直接使病原体内的蛋白质变性，沉淀，以致病原体细胞死亡，从而达到高效消毒杀菌的目的。其特点是杀菌力强，毒性低，且为广谱杀菌剂，能杀死病毒，细菌，芽胞，真菌及原虫。
