加味逍遥丸是在方剂“逍遥丸”基础上加味而成。方中以柴胡疏肝解郁，使肝气条达为君药。白芍酸苦微寒，养血敛阴，柔肝缓急;当归甘辛苦温，养血和血，且气香可理气，为血中之气药;归、芍与柴胡相同，补肝体而助肝用，使血和则肝和，血充则肝柔，共为臣药。白术、茯苓、甘草健脾益气，使营血生化有源，方中加薄荷，疏散郁遏之气，透达肝经郁热共为佐药。方中加味牡丹皮、栀子，增加了清热、活血、通经的功效。诸药合用，共奏舒肝清热，健脾养血之功效。

加味逍遥丸(万岁)

中医认为: 本病是由于肝郁脾虚, 郁久化热,脾虚生湿, 湿热瘀阻, 气血瘀滞于颜面, 使面部的气血失和而发病。逍遥散由四逆散发展变化而来,为调和肝脾之药方, 于疏肝解郁的同时, 还有健脾养血之功, 因而使用加味逍遥丸着重于疏肝解郁、健脾祛湿、清热消斑。

加味逍遥丸方中各味药都是临床常用的中药，副作用小，可以长期使用。临床研究表明，长期服用加味逍遥丸可以延缓女性更年期。因此,加味逍遥丸可以长期使用。
