作用：用于治疗慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘等疾病引起的痰液粘稠、咳痰困难患者。

羧甲司坦片(化痰片)，英文名是CarbocisteineTablets，为白色或类白色片，有效期是36个月。那么，羧甲司坦片的药理毒理如何？请详细说明？

羧甲司坦片(台城制药)

羧甲司坦片的药理毒理是本品为粘液调节剂，主要作用于支气管腺体的分泌，使低粘度的唾液粘蛋白分泌增加，高粘度的岩藻粘蛋白产生减少，因而使痰液的粘稠性降低而易于咳出。口服起效快，服用4小时可见明显疗效。

羧甲司坦片用于治疗慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘等疾病引起的痰液粘稠、咳痰困难患者。

用药7日后，如症状未缓解，应立即就医。

服用后偶有轻度头晕、恶心、胃部不适、腹泻、胃肠道出血、皮疹等不良反应。
